Base One Troubleshooting Guide
My device isn't receiving power on Base One
Sorry that your device isn't receiving power on Base One. To reset the unit, unplug Base One from the wall, wait three seconds, then plug it back in.
Please note, Base One requires a minimum of a 30W power adapter to charge devices. Since Base One is a USB-C powered device, it requires more power input than the standard Apple MagSafe Charger. Utilizing a charger of at least 30W of power ensures the optimal charging experience.
