How do I cancel my order?

Please double-check all information before confirming your order. Once an order is placed, there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel or edit the order information, even if the status still states "Awaiting Shipment", "Unfulfilled", or "Pending Fulfillment". 

If your order has not yet shipped, and you would like to cancel your order, please send an email to support@nomadgoods.com with the word "cancel" and your order number in the subject line. We will respond to cancellation requests during the business hours of Monday - Friday 9 am-5 pm. We are not able to cancel or change any part of an order once it has shipped from our warehouse. Even if your order status appears as "Awaiting Shipment" on your end, it may still be too late to cancel your order.

Due to the way customized items are processed at our warehouse, Metal Engravings for Rugged Keychain & Pet Tag and other customized items cannot be canceled or modified once your order has been placed. Please double-check that your text for the customized item is correct before completing your order.
