How do I cancel my order?

Please double-check all information before confirming your order. Once an order is placed, there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel or edit it, even if its shipping status still says "Awaiting Shipment", "Unfulfilled", or "Pending Fulfillment". 

If your order has not yet shipped and you would like to cancel your order, please send an email to with the word "cancel" and your order number in the subject line. We will respond to cancellation requests during the business hours of Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm. We are not able to cancel or change any part of an order once it has shipped from our warehouse. Even if your order status appears as "Awaiting Shipment" on your end, it may still be too late to cancel your order.
