How is Nomad leather different and similar to Horween leather?

Madeline Myers Updated by Madeline Myers

Our new Nomad leather was developed in collaboration with Danish tannery Ecco. It is the product of modern tanning methods that are faster, more adaptable, and water-conserving. On the other hand, our Horween leather is handcrafted entirely in the U.S.A. using old-fashioned techniques.

Both leathers will patina with time to develop a finish totally unique to you, though our Horween leather will do so more quickly and richly.

You can treat your Nomad leather as you treat your Horween leather. We recommend using a high-quality leather conditioner following the method outlined in our instructional video.
