My Base Station Pro stopped charging, or the LEDs are continuously blinking.
If you notice that your Base Station Pro has stopped charging, is intermittently charging, or the LEDs are continuously blinking,
- Try taking all your devices off of the Base Station and unplugging the Base Station from its power source and plugging it back in.
- Then restart your phone before placing it on the wireless pad to begin charging. This will reset the unit and your phone.
- Please note that your Base Station's LEDs may start blinking when a device that is not wireless charging enabled is placed on the charging pad. This does not mean that the unit is defective.

We prefer to help you solve technical issues over email as opposed to phone so that we can request photos/videos and send you step-by-step troubleshooting instructions that you can then look back on if you need to.
