If you're here, you probably have a defective product on your hands that you're trying to fix! We want to take this opportunity to say thank you for giving that product a second chance.

Nomad Warranty

Nomad is and always will be a company that prioritizes design and quality over everything else. To us, using the highest-quality, longest-lasting materials is one of the most important aspects of designing new products. 

We provide a two-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase for all Nomad products except for our cables, for which we offer a 5-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. 

Nomad warrants our products against defects in material, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal use within the applicable Warranty Period, subject to conditions contained in this limited warranty. This manufacturer warranty strictly does not cover damages to the product or personal property, such as your smartphone, headphones, accessories, or other devices, that arise from negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, modification, accident (dropping the product, etc.), or not following the instructions.

Nomad does not warrant and is not responsible for the repair or replacement of any smartphone, accessories, or other device made by anyone other than Nomad.

What is Covered Under the Warranty?

All items purchased at full price or from the Nomad Outlet Sale are covered under the Warranty Policy outlined above.

All items purchased from the Nomad Warehouse Sale program are covered under a 2-year warranty. More information can be found here.

Screen Protectors are covered under a 2-year warranty and we also offer low-cost replacements for Screen Protectors that were installed incorrectly. More information can be found here.

What is Not Covered Under the Warranty?

Damages to Nomad products that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, removal or installation, misuse or abuse, or modification are not covered under Nomad's warranty. Nomad will not be liable for any damages that may result from the use of any Nomad product. The warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of property such as electronic devices and/or other personal property.

Products that were not purchased from an authorized Nomad reseller are not covered under the warranty.

How Do I Submit a Warranty Claim?

If your Nomad product is defective and a valid warranty claim has been submitted, we will send you a replacement. In some cases, you may be required to return the defective product for inspection. We cannot guarantee that the exact style, color, or product for the claim will be in stock at the time that your warranty claim is processed but we wouldn't want you to be left empty-handed! In this case, we will offer store credit in the amount paid for the original item. The store credit never expires and will be valid for any product found at www.nomadgoods.com.

Proof of purchase and either a picture or video of the product defect are required to submit a valid Warranty Application. All applications for items that were not purchased directly from www.nomadgoods.com must include proof of purchase from an authorized retail partner listed on our Where We're Sold page. Any item purchased from an unauthorized reseller will not be valid for return or warranty replacement.
