If you're here, it probably means that you have a defective product on your hands but you are still willing to giving it another go. We just want to take this oppotunity to thank you for that second chance!

Warranty Coverage

Nomad offers a 2-year limited warranty for all Nomad products with the exception of our cables, for which we offer a 5-year limited warranty. Both warranties cover any manufacturing or workmanship defects but do not cover damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, misuse/abuse, or modification of the product. Any product purchased as part of Nomad's Free Cable for the Planet* initiative is not valid for a return or exchange, but is covered under the 5 year limited warranty.

What is Not Covered Under Warranty

Damages to Nomad products that might have resulted from normal wear and tear, removal or installation, misuse or abuse, or modification are not covered under Nomad's warranty. Nomad will not be liable for any damages that may result from the use of any Nomad product. The warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of property such as electronic devices and/or other personal property.

Products that we not purchased from an authorized Nomad reseller are not covered under the warranty.

Warranty Process

If your Nomad product is defective, we will help you to exchange it for a brand new replacement. We cannot guarantee that the exact product or style for claim will be in stock at the time that your warranty claim is processed, but we wouldn't want you to be left empty handed! In this case, we will offer store credit rather than a replacement. The store credit never expires and will be valid for any product found at www.nomadgoods.com. If your product is less than 60 days old, you may request a refund for your warranty claim instead of a new replacement or store credit. We cannot issue a refund for warranty claims past the 60-day return period. Please note that a picture or video of the defect that you are experiencing is required in order to process your warranty claim.

Head over to our Warranty Center to submit a warranty claim form. Your form answers will be sent to our Customer Support team and we will reach out to you via email with the next steps as soon as your warranty claim form is reviewed.

*We will process warranty claims for Free Cable for the Planet and issue a replacement as long as we have inventory to do so. The warranty on this product will effectively become invalid once we run out of inventory.
