Base One Max Troubleshooting Guide

My devices aren't receiving power on Base One Max

Sorry that your devices aren't receiving power on Base One Max. To reset the unit, unplug Base One Max from the wall, wait three seconds, then plug it back in.

When placing your Apple Watch on your Base One Max, push the bottom of the watch in so that the watch is parallel with the puck rather than at an angle and slightly separated from the charger. When positioned correctly, you won't be able to see a gap between your Apple Watch and the charging puck. Additionally, a little lateral wiggle will help you locate the watch in the X plane. You'll feel a subtle snap when the watch is nestled into correct charging position.

Please note, Base One Max requires a minimum of a 30W power adapter to charge devices. Since Base One Max is a USB-C powered device, it requires more power input than the standard Apple MagSafe Charger. Utilizing a charger of at least 30W of power ensures the optimal charging experience.
