How does the warranty process work?Updated a year ago

Use this checklist to ensure you have everything you need to complete your warranty claim: 

  1. Take a picture or record a short video (max 10MB) of the issue that you're experiencing with your Nomad gear to attach to the application. Pictures and videos help a lot when our team is diagnosing and troubleshooting product issues. Attaching demonstrative pictures or videos to your warranty claim form will help us to better help you! 

  2. If you purchased the item from, please have your Nomad order number ready. Start your warranty claim here.

  3. If you purchased from an authorized Nomad reseller, please have either your confirmation email or proof of purchase ready. Start your warranty claim here.

  4. Our Customer Support Team will review your application and respond via email as soon as possible. We may offer additional troubleshooting steps before proceeding. If your claim is approved, we will order a new replacement for you or provide a store credit. If applicable, Nomad will cover any return shipping fees.
