Charging Tips
Base One Max (3rd gen) features a dedicated Qi2 charger. To begin charging, simply center your device on the puck and allow it to snap into optimal charging position.
When placing your Apple Watch on the Apple Watch Fast Charger, push the bottom of the watch in so that the watch is parallel with the puck rather than at an angle and slightly separated from the charger. When positioned correctly, you won't be able to see a gap between your Apple Watch and the charging puck. Additionally, a little lateral wiggle will help you locate the watch in the X plane. You'll feel a subtle snap when the watch is nestled into the correct charging position.
To charge AirPods, center them on the rectangular Qi charging spot.
Note, Base One Max (3rd gen) does not include a 30W USB-C power adapter. Not including an adapter in Base One Max's packaging saves on environmental waste, keeps packaging sizes smaller, and lowers our carbon footprint. Learn more about our environmental efforts here.
Troubleshooting
To reset the unit, unplug Base One Max from the outlet, wait 3 seconds, then plug it back in.
Note, Base One Max requires a 30W power source or greater to charge devices. Since Base One Max is a USB-C powered device, it requires more power input than the standard Apple MagSafe Charger. Using a 30W adapter will ensure an optimal charging experience.

Warranty
At Nomad, we offer a 2-year limited warranty on all our products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues but doesn’t cover:
Normal wear and tear
Misuse or abuse of the product
Modifications made to the product
If your Nomad product is found to be defective, we’ll exchange it for a brand-new replacement. However, we cannot guarantee that the exact style or product will be in stock at the time of your claim. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll provide a store credit instead. This store credit never expires and can be used toward any product on our website.
Nomad is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our products. Additionally, our warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of electronic devices or other personal property.
