Installation Tips

Mount magnetically attaches your MagSafe device to your vehicle's dashboard. It's ideal for users that already connect their iPhone to their vehicle for CarPlay and other media displays and are looking for a way to mount their device. Mount works with iPhone 12 and beyond and any other MagSafe device though we don’t recommend mounting AirPods when driving on particularly rough roads.

Mount’s attachment piece is designed to attach to most standard vents with flaps spaced between 11mm to 13mm intervals. The included 17mm ball and socket attachment joint works with any other vehicle mount. If Mount doesn’t work in your car out of the box, try another 17mm ball joint car adapter!To install Mount, center its prongs on your vehicle's vents and press firmly into place

Warranty

At Nomad, we offer a 2-year limited warranty on all our products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues but doesn’t cover:

Normal wear and tear
Misuse or abuse of the product
Modifications made to the product

If your Nomad product is found to be defective, we’ll exchange it for a brand-new replacement. However, we cannot guarantee that the exact style or product will be in stock at the time of your claim. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll provide a store credit instead. This store credit never expires and can be used toward any product on our website.

Nomad is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our products. Additionally, our warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of electronic devices or other personal property.
