- Will the leather change over time? Absolutely! Horween leather is minimally treated to preserve its natural character, allowing it to break in quickly and develop a rich patina from the start. - How should I care for my case's leather? Watch our instructional video on caring for your leather. We recommend using Ashland Leather Co’s Leather Conditioner.
- Can I attach a lanyard? Clear Case features dual lanyard attachment points compatible with Wrist Strap and other lanyards. Thread the lanyard through an attachment point, loop the strap through the thread, and pull tight to secure. To use the internal anchor point instead, follow the steps in this video.
Warranty
At Nomad, we offer a 2-year limited warranty on all our products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues but doesn’t cover:
Normal wear and tear
Misuse or abuse of the product
Modifications made to the product
If your Nomad product is found to be defective, we’ll exchange it for a brand-new replacement. However, we cannot guarantee that the exact style or product will be in stock at the time of your claim. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll provide a store credit instead. This store credit never expires and can be used toward any product on our website.
Nomad is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our products. Additionally, our warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of electronic devices or other personal property.

Compliance
In accordance with the EU REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, certain Nomad products may contain substances listed on the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs) at concentrations above 0.1% by weight.
For example, our iPhone cases use durable polycarbonate plastics, which are manufactured with UV-329 or Octrizole. UV-329 is classified as an SVHC on the REACH Candidate List.
The presence of these substances does not affect the safe use of our products under normal conditions. Consumers have the right to request additional information under Article 33 of REACH. Requests can be directed to [email protected].
