Our usual 30-day return window has been extended for the holidays. Any items from orders placed between November 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025, can be returned through our Return Center until January 31, 2026.

What products can be returned?

All items from our website are valid for return or exchange if they are returned in unused, new condition with their original packaging.

Can I provide a gift receipt for my gift recipient?

Yes, we do provide gift receipts! Simply select the 'Gift receipt' button in your order confirmation email to create a gift receipt for any items in your order, or create your gift receipt here. You can even create multiple gift receipts for different items in a single order if you plan to give the items to different recipients. Gift receipt(s) can be printed, or a link to the gift receipt can be emailed to your recipient directly.

Once your gift recipient has their gift receipt, they can start a return or exchange for the item(s) in our Return Center. They will receive return instructions by scanning the QR code on their gift receipt.
