• Will Modern Leather Case scratch? Our leather is naturally and minimally treated and will therefore easily scuff and mark within the first weeks days of use. With time, scuffs and marks will buff out into a rich and lustrous patina. If you’re after an authentic leather patina that evolves with time, this is absolutely the case for you.
• How do I attach a lanyard to Modern Leather Case? The lanyard attachment point is built into the right-hand side of Modern Leather Case. To attach the lanyard, use a paperclip to push the thread through the openings. Shop our Wrist Strap here.
• How do I remove Modern Leather Case? Plug your AirPods in to charge, then hold your case and push on the Lightning cable to remove the AirPods.

Warranty

At Nomad, we offer a 2-year limited warranty on all our products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues but doesn’t cover: 

• Normal wear and tear

• Misuse or abuse of the product

• Modifications made to the product

If your Nomad product is found to be defective, we’ll exchange it for a brand-new replacement. However, we cannot guarantee that the exact style or product will be in stock at the time of your claim. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll provide a store credit instead. This store credit never expires and can be used toward any product on our website.

Nomad is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our products. Additionally, our warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of electronic devices or other personal property.
