- Will Modern Leather Case scratch? Our leather is minimally and naturally treated and is prone to scuffing and marking in the first few months of use. With time, scuffs and marks will buff out into a rich patina. If you’re looking for a perfect finish, this is not the case for you. If you’re after an authentic leather patina, this is absolutely the case for you.
- How do I care for my case's leather? Watch our instructional video on caring for your leather here.
- How do I attach a lanyard to Modern Leather Case? The lanyard attachment point is built into the right-hand side of Modern Leather Case. To attach the lanyard, use a paperclip to push the thread through the openings. Shop our Wrist Strap here.
- How do I remove Modern Leather Case? Depending on your AirPods model, plug a USB-C into your AirPods. Then, while gently pushing on the cable, pull the Modern Leather Case off your AirPods. If you'd rather avoid pressing into the cable port, you can also try pushing the AirPods out using the eraser end of a pencil. Its flat bottom should fit into the case opening and provide enough surface area to push the case out.
Warranty
At Nomad, we offer a 2-year limited warranty on all our products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues but doesn’t cover:
Normal wear and tear
Misuse or abuse of the product
Modifications made to the product
If your Nomad product is found to be defective, we’ll exchange it for a brand-new replacement. However, we cannot guarantee that the exact style or product will be in stock at the time of your claim. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll provide a store credit instead. This store credit never expires and can be used toward any product on our website.
Nomad is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our products. Additionally, our warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of electronic devices or other personal property.
