Troubleshooting
To reset the unit, unplug Stand One from the outlet, wait 3 seconds, then plug it back in.
Note, Stand One requires a 40W power source or greater to charge devices. Since Stand One is a USB-C powered 2-in-1 device, it requires more power input than the standard Apple MagSafe Charger. Using a 40W adapter will ensure an optimal charging experience.

- Does Stand One work with any Nomad case? Yes, all our iPhone and AirPods cases are compatible with wireless charging. You shouldn't have any problem with third-party wireless charging-enabled cases.
- Can Stand One wirelessly charge my Apple Watch? No, Apple Watch can only be powered with dedicated Apple Watch chargers like the integrated puck in Stand One Max (4th gen) and Universal Cable for Apple Watch. Standard Qi wireless charging is not available for Apple Watch.
- Can Stand One wirelessly charge my headphones? Stand One has a designated AirPods charging dish that will charge any wireless charging-enabled headphones including AirPods and AirPods Pro.
- Does Stand One support StandBy mode? Yes, just snap your iPhone horizontally to take advantage of StandBy mode.
- How much power does Stand One require? Stand One requires a 40W power adapter. Stand One doesn't come with a 40W power adapter, but you can use any adapter so long as it meets that wattage. You can shop our 40W Slim Power Adapter here.
- I'm noticing stains on the charging puck. What's causing this and how can I fix it? In some cases, darker leather can transfer onto the charging puck puck, leaving behind slight discoloration. This is normal and usually happens with extended use. You should be able to buff out the stains using a soft cloth or a Magic Eraser. To prevent this from happening in the future, we recommend using a lighter-colored leather case or switching to a plastic-based case.
Warranty
At Nomad, we offer a 2-year limited warranty on all our products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues but doesn’t cover:
Normal wear and tear
Misuse or abuse of the product
Modifications made to the product
If your Nomad product is found to be defective, we’ll exchange it for a brand-new replacement. However, we cannot guarantee that the exact style or product will be in stock at the time of your claim. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll provide a store credit instead. This store credit never expires and can be used toward any product on our website.
Nomad is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our products. Additionally, our warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of electronic devices or other personal property.
