Dublin Leather
Dublin leather made from Horween’s Dublin leather, a heritage-style leather that shows wear proudly and patinas quickly. We opted for an unstructured construction—no shaping or thermoforming—to let the leather’s natural grain and texture take center stage. From day one, expect it to scuff, scratch, and develop character fast. With regular use, those marks will blend into a rich, worn-in patina. Where Shell Cordovan feels refined and polished, Traditional Wallet leans into a rugged, more lived-in look.

- Is this wallet RFID protected? No, our wallets are not RFID protected. We understand why RFID-blocking accessories are popular, but at Nomad, we believe they aren't essential for everyday use. If you're curious to learn more, this article from Finance Buzz offers a great overview.
- How many cards does Traditional Wallet hold? Traditional Wallet comfortably holds 3 cards per pocket, for a total of 12 cards. You can fit more cards if needed, but keep in mind that overloading may stretch the pockets. If you carry 9 cards or fewer, there’s also space for folded cash.
- Will the leather change over time? Horween® leather is minimally treated with natural oils and waxes and is therefore prone to scuffing and marking in the first few months of use. With time, scuffs and marks will buff out into a rich and lustrous patina. If you’re looking for a perfect finish, this is not the wallet for you. If you’re after an authentic leather patina, this is absolutely the wallet for you.
- How does this wallet compare to Card Wallet Plus? Traditional Wallet is handmade in Chicago using time-honored techniques. The full production process takes up to six months, resulting in a wallet that showcases the beauty of American craftsmanship. Unlike Card Wallet Plus, which uses more modern tanning methods and a thermoformed design, Traditional skips thermoforming to preserve the leather’s natural character and feel. It also forgoes the external pocket for a more minimal silhouette.

Warranty
At Nomad, we offer a 2-year limited warranty on all our products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues but doesn’t cover:
Normal wear and tear
Misuse or abuse of the product
Modifications made to the product
If your Nomad product is found to be defective, we’ll exchange it for a brand-new replacement. However, we cannot guarantee that the exact style or product will be in stock at the time of your claim. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll provide a store credit instead. This store credit never expires and can be used toward any product on our website.
Nomad is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our products. Additionally, our warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of electronic devices or other personal property.
