What is Free Return Coverage?Updated 2 days ago

Free Return Coverage is an optional add-on available at checkout for orders shipping to Canada that allows you to return your order for free.

If you purchase Free Return Coverage, you can return any items in your order for a refund or store credit at no additional cost. 

If you choose not to purchase Free Return Coverage, you can still return your items, but you’ll be responsible for the return shipping label fee, which typically costs CAD $12-$15. A return shipping label or drop-off code will be provided to you, and its cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Free Return Coverage is not yet available outside of Canada. We are unable to accommodate free exchanges or returns on international orders (excluding Canada with Free Return Coverage).
