Discount Codes
Most discount codes apply only to full-priced, in-stock Nomad products. Pre-ordered and back-ordered items are not considered in-stock. Be sure to review the limitations associated with your discount code before shopping. Discount codes will automatically become invalid after their expiration date.
How can I get a discount?
Stay tuned to our social media and email newsletter for the latest deals. We regularly offer discount codes, so it's worth keeping an eye out! You can sign up for our email newsletter by entering your email in the form at the footer of our website.
Where do I enter my discount code?
On the checkout page, enter your discount code in the field that says 'Gift card or discount code.'
On mobile, select the 'Show order summary' dropdown near the top of the screen to reveal the 'Gift card or discount code' field.
Why is my discount code not working?
- Most discount codes do not apply to preordered, backordered, or already discounted products.
- Discount codes may not be valid for other brands' products sold through www.nomadgoods.com.
- Most discount codes have an expiration date listed in their accompanying messaging. Double-check that your code is still active.
- Only one discount code can be used per order.
- Discount codes may not be valid during sitewide sales since all products are already discounted.
- Our website may have a technical issue causing an error with your discount code. If you've checked that your discount code meets the requirements above and you're still having trouble, reach out to us at [email protected].
Gift Cards and Store Credits
Gift cards (received as a gift) and store credits (issued by Nomad in certain warranty scenarios) are 16-digit codes found in an email with the subject "Nomad | Your Nomad gift card is ready!"
How do I apply my gift card or store credit?
- Open the email with the subject "Nomad | Your Nomad gift card is ready!"
- Copy the 16-digit code.
- Click 'Start shopping' to go to our homepage.
- Add items to your cart.
- At checkout, paste the 16-digit code in the 'Gift card or discount code' field. On mobile, tap 'Show order summary' at the top of the screen to reveal this field. You can refer to the screenshots in the above section for visual guidance.

Nomad's Overstock collection contains discounted gear. These items tend to sell out fast and once they're gone, they're gone for good.

Nomad's Open Box collection contains gently used gear at discounted prices. These items are lightly used with minor visible wear or subtle cosmetic imperfections. All items have been thoroughly inspected to be in perfect working condition. Our Open Box program is a sustainable and affordable way to shop high-quality, lightly used gear that's ready for more life and adventure.

All Open Box products are valid for return.
Open Box Warranty Policy
All Open Box products are covered under Nomad's 2-year manufacturer warranty, except cables, which are covered under Nomad's 5-year manufacturer warranty.
Any defective items purchased from the Warehouse Sale that are within the outlined Warranty Policy will be replaced with another Warehouse Sale item of the same style, size, and color. If we no longer have stock of the same Warehouse Sale item claimed for warranty, we will replace the item with a similar Warehouse Sale item if one is available or issue store credit in the amount paid for the item.
This manufacturer warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfections on the product. All products sold in the Warehouse Sale are inspected before they are shipped and are sold as is with any cosmetic blemishes. The warranty also doesn't cover damage to the product or personal property, such as your smartphone, headphones, accessories, or other devices that arise from negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, modification, or accident (dropping the product, etc.).
