The total price at checkout is the final amount you&#x2019;ll pay, with no additional import fees when your package arrives.</p><h2 id="gift-receipts-and-gift-wrapping">Gift Receipts and Gift Wrapping</h2><p id="isPasted">We can provide gift receipts for any items in your order. Select the &apos;<strong>Gift receipt</strong>&apos; button in your order confirmation email to create a gift receipt for any items in your order. You can even create multiple gift receipts for different items in a single order if you plan to give the items to different recipients. The gift receipt(s) can either be printed and handed to the recipient, or a link to the gift receipt can be emailed to your recipient directly.</p><p id="isPasted">Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time. If you&apos;d like to send your Nomad order as a gift, please note that we do not include any invoices or paperwork inside our packages that would display the amount paid for the order. All information regarding your order will be sent to the buyer&apos;s email address and will be accessible through your Nomad account.</p><h2 id="preorders-and-backorders">Preorders and Backorders</h2><h3 id="preorders">Preorders</h3><p data-start="78" data-end="353" id="isPasted">Some newly released products may be available for preorder if they aren&#x2019;t ready to ship immediately. When a product is listed as a preorder on our website, it means we&#x2019;re accepting orders and will ship the inventory as soon as it arrives.</p><p data-start="355" data-end="568">For transparency, the expected ship date will be displayed on the product page before you add the item to your cart. After you place your order, you can also find the expected ship date in your order confirmation email.</p><p data-start="570" data-end="717">Please note that if your order includes preorder items, all items in your order, including those that are in stock, <em>may</em> be held to ship together.</p><h3 id="backorders">Backorders</h3><p data-start="82" data-end="330" id="isPasted">Products that are temporarily out of stock but scheduled for restocking may be available for backorder. When a product is listed as a backorder on our website, it means we&#x2019;re accepting orders now and will ship them as soon as new inventory arrives.</p><p data-start="332" data-end="533">For transparency, an estimated ship date is clearly displayed on the product page for any backordered item. After placing your order, you&#x2019;ll also find this information in your order confirmation email.</p><p data-start="535" data-end="684">Please note that if your order includes backordered items, all items in the order, including those that are in stock, <em>may</em> be held to ship together.</p><p><strong id="isPasted">*Note: If your order includes a pre-ordered or backordered item that is expected to ship after December 4th, any non-preordered/ backordered items in your order will be split off and shipped to you as soon as possible.</strong></p><h3 id="payment-processing">Payment Processing</h3><p>When you place an order for preordered or backordered items, payment is processed immediately. This ensures there are no surprise charges later and secures the new inventory for your order.</p><h2 id="isPasted">Where is Nomad sold?</h2><p>Nomad products are available for purchase at various online retailers and brick-and-mortar stores worldwide, including Best Buy, REI, Dixons, TMall, and many more. <p>Once your order has been placed and you&apos;ve received your order confirmation email, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes to your order. <h3 id="what-are-limited-edition-drops">What are Limited Edition drops?</h3><p id="isPasted">Limited Edition items come in exclusive, one-of-a-kind colorways. They are generally only produced once, and once they&#x2019;re gone, there&#x2019;s no guarantee we&#x2019;ll bring them back.</p><h3 id="isPasted">When do Limited Edition products drop?&#xA0;</h3><p>We don&#x2019;t have a set schedule for Limited Edition drops. Stay tuned to our website and social media to ensure you don&#x2019;t miss out on the next one!</p><h3 id="isPasted">Once a Limited Edition product is sold out, can I purchase it again?&#xA0;</h3><p>In some cases, select Limited Edition products will be restocked, but this is not guaranteed for every product. Our Open Box program is a sustainable and affordable way to shop high-quality, lightly used gear that&apos;s ready for more life and adventure.</p><p>While browsing our website, keep an eye out for the &#x201C;Buy Open Box&#x201D; button on select product pages. This button signifies that the item has an Open Box purchase option and displays its discounted price. To add the Open Box item in your cart, just click. If we no longer have stock of the same Warehouse Sale item claimed for warranty, we will replace the item with a similar Warehouse Sale item if one is available or issue store credit in the amount paid for the item.</p><p>This manufacturer warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfections on the product. All products sold in the Warehouse Sale are inspected before they are shipped and are sold as is with any cosmetic blemishes. You can also log in or create a new account <a class="fr-strong" href="https://account.nomadgoods.com/orders" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>.</p><h2 id="reset-your-password">Reset your password</h2><p>Forgot your password? No worries. The account portal doesn&apos;t require a password. Just enter your email on the<a class="fr-strong" href="https://account.nomadgoods.com/orders" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"> login page</a>, and you will receive an email from us with your unique, one-time-use login code.</p><h2 id="account-actions">Account actions</h2><p>From your Nomad account, you can:</p><ul><li>View the order history associated with the email address used to log in.</li><li>View your order numbers, items, total, and payment status.</li><li>Select an order from your order history to view its status and tracking information.</li><li>Edit the first and last name associated with your account.</li><li>Edit your saved shipping address and select a default shipping address for your account.</li><li>Log out of all devices.</li></ul><p>You cannot cancel or update a live order from your account. You cannot update your contact information from your account.
