How do I track my order?Updated 21 days ago

All orders, regardless of shipping method or delivery address, may require +1-2 business days to process before shipping. Orders placed on Friday - Sunday or Holidays may not be processed and shipped until the following business day.

Please note that orders may experience longer processing times during peak season, such as new product launches, limited promotions, and holidays.

Look for the 'Track Your Package' button in the shipping confirmation email with the subject line 'Your Nomad Order Just Shipped!'

If you can't access the 'Track your Package' button, don't worry! Scroll down and click on the tracking number. This will take you directly to the carrier tracking link. 

On Our Website

Open the support widget in the bottom right-hand corner of our homepage. Select 'Track and manage my orders' and sign in to your Nomad account using your email address or phone number. Select your order to view its status and tracking information.
