How do I update or cancel my order?Updated 5 days ago
Once your order has been placed and you've received your order confirmation email, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes to your order. Please double-check that all your order details are correct, especially if you are completing your payment through one of our Express Checkout options (ShopPay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, or Google Pay).
Our team is unable to make any changes to an order once a shipping notification email has been sent or a tracking number has been assigned.
Update a Shipping Address
If you have not yet received a shipping notification email for your order and would like to update the shipping address for your order, please submit a request to update your order:
- Navigate to the 'Manage your orders' section of the Help Center and select the 'Report issue' option.
- Sign in using the email address or phone number associated with your order.
- Enter your verification code to sign in.
- Select the order that you would like to update. Then select 'Report Issue.'
- If you would like to update your order's shipping address, select 'I'd like to change my shipping address' to submit your request to our team.
Our team will start working on your request as soon as possible. That said, even if you haven’t received a tracking number yet, it might be too late to make changes. Our warehouses often fulfill orders the same day they are placed.
Cancel an Order
If you have not yet received a shipping notification email for your order and would like to cancel it, please submit a request to cancel your order:
- Navigate to the 'Manage your orders' section of the Help Center and select the 'Cancel' option.
- Sign in using either the email address or phone number associated with your order.
- Enter your verification code to sign in.
- Select the order number you would like to cancel. If the order has not been assigned a tracking number, the option to cancel the order will be available.
- Select 'Cancel'. Then select 'Request cancellation' for the item(s) you want to cancel to submit your request to our team.
Update an Order

- Navigate to the 'Manage your orders' section of the Help Center and select the 'Report Issue' option.
- Sign in using either the email address or phone number associated with your order.
- Enter your verification code to sign in.
- Select the order number you would like to update. If the order has not been assigned a tracking number, the option to cancel the order will be available.
- Then select 'Report Issue'
- If you would like to request an edit for your order, select 'I'd like to edit my order' to submit your request to our team.
Our team will start working on your request as soon as possible. Even though you have not yet received a tracking number for your order, it may be too late for our team to cancel, as our warehouses often fulfill orders the same day they are placed.
