Leather Options
Modern Leather Case is available in two leathers. Both develop a unique patina over time, but each has its own character and finish.
Camino Leather
Our Camino leather was developed by Nomad in collaboration with Danish tannery ECCO. It uses modern tanning techniques designed to be adaptable, efficient, and innovative. Camino leather develops a patina over time while being slightly less susceptible to scratches and marks than Horween leather.
Horween Leather
Horween leather is handcrafted entirely in the USA using traditional techniques. It is minimally treated to preserve the natural character of the leather, so it will readily absorb marks, scratches, and oils. Over time, these marks buff into a rich, lustrous patina that is completely unique to you. If you're looking for authentic, American-made leather, Horween is the choice for you. - Will the leather scratch? Both of our leather options are naturally and minimally treated, so they will readily pick up scuffs and marks, especially during the first few weeks of use. Over time, these marks will buff into a rich, lustrous patina that evolves with use.

- Can I use this case with another iPhone series or device? Modern Leather Folio for iPhone 17 and iPhone 18 are cross-compatible. Cases for all other iPhone series are only compatible with the series they were designed for. For example, Modern Leather Folio for iPhone 16 works only with iPhone 16, while Modern Leather Folio for iPhone 15 works only with iPhone 15, and so on. Our iPhone cases are not compatible with any other devices.
- Does it offer camera protection? While the case doesn't cover the camera lens itself, it features a raised camera ring that keeps the lens elevated when your iPhone is lying flat. This helps prevent direct contact with surfaces and offers protection from everyday wear.

- How do I prevent my Folio's card slots from stretching? We recommend consistently using the same number of cards in each slot, ideally 2–3, to help prevent stretching.

Warranty
At Nomad, we offer a 2-year limited warranty on all our products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues but doesn’t cover:
Normal wear and tear
Misuse or abuse of the product
Modifications made to the product
If your Nomad product is found to be defective, we’ll exchange it for a brand-new replacement. However, we cannot guarantee that the exact style or product will be in stock at the time of your claim. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll provide a store credit instead. This store credit never expires and can be used toward any product on our website.
Nomad is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our products. Additionally, our warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of electronic devices or other personal property.

In accordance with the EU REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, certain Nomad products may contain substances listed on the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs) at concentrations above 0.1% by weight.
For example, our iPhone cases use durable polycarbonate plastics, which are manufactured with UV-329 or Octrizole, and 4-(1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl)phenol, ethoxylated. Both substances are classified as SVHC on the REACH Candidate List.
The presence of these substances does not affect the safe use of our products under normal conditions. Consumers have the right to request additional information under Article 33 of REACH. Requests can be directed to [email protected].
