How do I place an order?

  1. Add the products that you want to purchase to your cart.
  2. When you are finished shopping, select 'Proceed to checkout' from your cart.
  3. Enter your contact, shipping, and payment information on the checkout page, or select one of the express checkout options to autofill this information and complete your order.
  4. Select 'Pay Now' to complete your order and process your payment for all the items in your order. That's it!

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Alipay, Shop Pay (in full or in installments), Diners Club, and JCB (Japan Credit Bureau).

For the countries listed above, local currency pricing on our website includes both the product price and any applicable duties and taxes.

The shipping fee is calculated separately at checkout, based on your location and the size and weight of your order.

Including duties and taxes in the product price ensures you won’t face surprise fees at checkout, making your international shopping experience seamless. The total price at checkout is the final amount you’ll pay, with no additional import fees when your package arrives.


Gift Receipts and Gift Wrapping

We can provide gift receipts for any items in your order. Select the 'Gift receipt' button in your order confirmation email to create a gift receipt for any items in your order. You can even create multiple gift receipts for different items in a single order if you plan to give the items to different recipients. The gift receipt(s) can either be printed and handed to the recipient or a link to the gift receipt can be emailed to your recipient directly.

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time. If you'd like to send your Nomad order as a gift, please note that we do not include any invoices or paperwork inside our packages that would display the amount paid for the order. All information regarding your order will be sent to the buyer's email address and will be accessible through your Nomad account.


Preorders and Backorders

Preorders

Some newly released products may be available for preorder if they aren’t ready to ship immediately. If a product is listed as a preorder on our website, it means we’re accepting orders and will ship them by the expected ship date shown on the product page. Please note that if your order includes a preorder item(s), all items in the order, including those that are not on preorder, might be held to ship together.

Backorders

Products that are temporarily out of stock but will be restocked soon may be available for backorder. If a product is listed as a backorder on our website, it means we’re accepting order and will ship them once we receive more inventory. The product page will include an estimated ship date for any backordered item. Please note that if your order includes a backordered item(s), all items in the order, including those that are not on backorder, might be held to ship together.

Payment Processing

When you place an order with preordered or backordered items, payment will be processed immediately. This ensures there are no surprise charges later and secures the new inventory for your order.
