How to place an order
- Add the products that you want to purchase to your cart.
- When you are finished shopping, select 'Proceed to checkout' from your cart.
- Enter your contact, shipping, and payment information on the checkout page, or select one of the express checkout options to autofill this information and complete your order.
- Select 'Pay Now' to complete your order and process your payment for all the items in your order. That's it!

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Alipay, Shop Pay (in full or in installments), Diners Club, and JCB (Japan Credit Bureau).
Local currency pricing

Local currency pricing on our website for the countries listed above includes the price of the product plus the cost of duties and taxes applied to the import of your order to your country.
The shipping fee is calculated separately at checkout based on your exact location and the size and weight of the items in your order.
Including duties and taxes in the product price prevents surprise additional fees at checkout and ensures a seamless international shipping experience. You can be confident you know the exact amount you will pay for your Nomad order up front and you will not be charged for any import fees once your package arrives in your country. So, rest assured, the total price at checkout is the final price you will pay for your order.
Gift receipts and gift wrapping
We can provide gift receipts for any items in your order. Select the 'Gift receipt' button in your order confirmation email to create a gift receipt for any items in your order. You can even create multiple gift receipts for different items in a single order if you plan to give the items to different recipients. The gift receipt(s) can either be printed and handed to the recipient or a link to the gift receipt can be emailed to your recipient directly.
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time. If you'd like to send your Nomad order as a gift, please note that we do not include any invoices or paperwork inside our packages that would display the amount paid for the order. All information regarding your order will be sent to the buyer's email address and will be accessible through your Nomad account.
Preorders and backorders
Preorders
Newly released products that are not available to ship immediately may be available to preorder. If you see a product on our website listed as a preorder, it means we are accepting orders for the product and will ship orders by the expected ship date listed on the product details page. If your order contains one or more preordered item(s), all the items, including non-preorder items, may be held so they can ship together.
Backorders
Products that are not currently in stock but will have new stock soon may be available to backorder. If an item you are looking at on our website is listed as a backorder, that means the item is not currently in stock but we are accepting orders that will ship later when we receive more inventory. A backordered item will include a message that indicates the estimated ship date for the item. If your order contains one or more backordered item(s), all the items, including non-backorder items, may be held so they can ship together.
Payment processing for preorders and backorders
Payment for any preordered and backordered items in your order will be processed immediately when your order is placed to avoid any surprise charges on your statement when the item(s) are shipped and to secure the new inventory for your order.
