If you're here, you probably have a defective product on your hands you're trying to fix! We want to take this opportunity to say thank you for giving that product a second chance. 

Nomad Warranty

Nomad is and always will be a company that prioritizes design and quality over everything else. To us, using the highest-quality, longest-lasting materials is one of the most important aspects of designing new products. 

We provide a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery for all Nomad products. As of January 2025, we updated our cable warranty period from 5 years to 2 years. If you own one of our older cables, don’t worry—we’ll still honor its original 5-year warranty. Not sure which warranty applies to your cable? Nomad warrants our products against defects in materials, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal use during the applicable Warranty Period, subject to the conditions contained in this limited warranty. This manufacturer's warranty strictly does not cover damage to the product or personal property, such as your smartphone, headphones, accessories, or other devices, arising from negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, modification, accidental damage (e.g., dropping the product), or failure to follow the instructions.

This warranty does not apply if: (a) the product has been tampered with; (b) the warranty claim was made fraudulently or by misrepresentation; (c) the product was not installed, operated, repaired, or maintained in accordance with Nomad’s instructions; or (d) the product has been subjected to abnormal physical stress, misuse, negligence, or accident.

Nomad does not warrant and is not responsible for the repair or replacement of any smartphone, accessories, or other device made by anyone other than Nomad.

What is covered under the warranty? 

All items purchased new from Nomad,  including Overstock Sale items and free promotional items, as well as items from the Nomad Open Box program, are covered under the Warranty Policy outlined above.

Screen Protectors are covered under a 2-year warranty, and we also offer low-cost replacements for those installed incorrectly.

Replacements & Store Credits

If we still have the same item in stock, we'll send you a replacement of the exact same item.

If we no longer have the defective item in stock, we'll issue a store credit of equal value so you can pick out another item from our website. Once you've placed your new order, we'll refund the shipping fee associated with the replacement order.

What is not covered under the warranty?

Nomad's warranty does not cover damage to Nomad products resulting from normal wear and tear, removal or installation, misuse or abuse, or modification. Nomad will not be liable for any damages that may result from the use of any Nomad product. The warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of property such as electronic devices and/or other personal property.

Products purchased from an unauthorized reseller are not covered under the warranty. All authorized Nomad resellers are listed on our website.

What are my options if I'm outside the warranty window? 

If you placed your order outside of our 2-year warranty window, we still want to help you in any way we can. Email [email protected], and someone from our team will let you know your options.
