<p>If you&apos;re here, you probably have a defective product on your hands that you&apos;re trying to fix! We want to take this opportunity to say thank you for giving that product a second chance.&#xA0;</p><h2 id="nomad-warranty">Nomad Warranty</h2><p id="isPasted">Nomad is and always will be a company that prioritizes design and quality over everything else. To us, using the highest-quality, longest-lasting materials is one of the most important aspects of designing new products.&#xA0;</p><p>We provide a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery for all Nomad products except for our cables, for which we offer a 5-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery.&#xA0;</p><p>Nomad warrants our products against defects in material, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal use within the applicable Warranty Period, subject to conditions contained in this limited warranty. This manufacturer warranty strictly does not cover damages to the product or personal property, such as your smartphone, headphones, accessories, or other devices, that arise from negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, modification, accident (dropping the product, etc.), or not following the instructions.</p><p id="isPasted"><strong>Nomad does not warrant and is not responsible for the repair or replacement of any smartphone, accessories, or other device made by anyone other than Nomad.</strong></p><h2 id="isPasted">What is covered under the warranty?&#xA0;</h2><p id="isPasted">All items purchased at full price or from the Nomad Outlet Sale are covered under the Warranty Policy outlined above.</p><p>All items purchased from the Nomad Warehouse Sale program are covered under a 2-year warranty.</p><p>Screen Protectors are covered under a 2-year warranty and we also offer low-cost replacements for Screen Protectors that were installed incorrectly.</p><h2 id="isPasted">What is not covered under the warranty?</h2><p id="isPasted">Damages to Nomad products that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, removal or installation, misuse or abuse, or modification are not covered under Nomad&apos;s warranty. Nomad will not be liable for any damages that may result from the use of any Nomad product. How do I submit a Warranty Application?

<p id="isPasted">We want you to get the most out of your Screen Protector! Whether your Screen Protector has suffered some gnarly damage or you&apos;ve experienced some trouble applying the Screen Protector to your phone, Nomad has a solution for you.</p><h2 id="isPasted">Screen Protector Warranty Policy</h2><p id="isPasted">Nomad warrants the Nomad screen protection product for two years from the date of purchase. Nomad will warrant the screen protection product against defects in material, manufacturing, workmanship, and wear and tear that occur under normal use, including scratches or cracks.</p><p>Nomad does not warrant any wear or damage related to the device to which the screen protection product is applied. This warranty does not apply if: (a) the product has been tampered with; (b) the warranty claim was made fraudulently or by misrepresentation; (c) the product was not installed, operated, repaired, or maintained in accordance with Nomad&#x2019;s instructions; or (d) the product has been subjected to abnormal physical stress, misuse, negligence, or accident.</p><p>Nomad does not warrant the screen protection product against bubbles or imperfections that may occur beneath the screen protection product after application. But Nomad does offer low-cost replacements on Nomad screen protectors no matter the reason for one full year from the date of purchase! Please refer to the Screen Protector Replacement Policy below for more information.</p><h2 id="isPasted">Screen Protector Replacement Policy</h2><p id="isPasted">If your screen protector is not defective but you&#x2019;ve experienced an application error (misalignment on your screen or bubbles under the screen protector, for example), Nomad has you covered with a brand new low-cost replacement screen protector no matter the reason for one full year from the date of purchase.
