- Is Screen Protector removable? Screen Protector is removable, but cannot be re-installed once removed.
- Does Screen Protector work with every Nomad case? Will it work with cases from other companies? Each Screen Protector is custom cut to work with every Nomad case. Screen Protector will work with most standard third-party cases.
- Will Screen Protector impact the touch sensitivity of my iPhone screen? Screen Protector was designed to have no impact on your screen's touch sensitivity. Once installed on your iPhone, it has a satisfying barely-there feel.
- Can I use Screen Protector with another series iPhone, or any other devices? Our Phone gear isn't cross-compatible—Screen Protector for iPhone 17 will only work with iPhone 17 devices, Screen Protector for iPhone 16 will only work with iPhone 16 devices, and so on.
- What is Screen Protector's hardness rating? Screen Protector has a 9H hardness rating.
Warranty
Nomad warrants the Nomad screen protection product for two years from the date of purchase. Nomad will warrant the screen protection product against defects in material, manufacturing, workmanship, and wear and tear that occur under normal use, including scratches or cracks.
Nomad does not warrant any wear or damage related to the device to which the screen protection product is applied. This warranty does not apply if: (a) the product has been tampered with; (b) the warranty claim was made fraudulently or by misrepresentation; (c) the product was not installed, operated, repaired, or maintained in accordance with Nomad’s instructions; or (d) the product has been subjected to abnormal physical stress, misuse, negligence, or accident. Nomad does not warrant the screen protection product against bubbles or imperfections that may occur beneath the screen protection product after application. But Nomad does offer low-cost replacements on Nomad screen protectors no matter the reason for one full year from the date of purchase. See 'Replacement Policy' below for more information.
Replacement Policy
If your screen protector is not defective but you’ve experienced an application error (misalignment on your screen or bubbles under the screen protector, for example), Nomad has you covered with a brand new low-cost replacement screen protector no matter the reason for one full year from the date of purchase.
