To begin charging, simply center your device on the puck and allow it to snap into the optimal charging position.&#xA0;</p><p>Due to its angled surface, Stand One is only compatible with MagSafe devices (iPhone 12 and beyond).&#xA0;</p><p id="isPasted">Note, Stand One does not include a 20W USB-C power adapter. Not including an adapter in Stand One&apos;s packaging saves on environmental waste, keeps packaging sizes smaller, and lowers our carbon footprint. Learn more about our environmental efforts <a class="fr-strong" href="https://nomadgoods.com/pages/sustainability" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>.</p><h2 id="isPasted">Troubleshooting</h2><p>To reset the unit, unplug <a href="https://nomadgoods.com/products/stand-one-carbide" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Stand One</strong></a> from the outlet, wait 3 seconds, then plug it back in.&#xA0;</p><p>Note, Stand One requires a 20W power source or greater to charge devices. Since Stand One is a USB-C powered device, it requires more power input than the standard Apple MagSafe Charger.
