Charging Tips
Stand One Max 3rd gen features a custom silicone Qi2 Charger. To begin charging, simply center your device on the puck and allow it to snap into the optimal charging position. Due to its angled surface, Stand One Max 3rd gen can only charge MagSafe and Qi2 devices (iPhone 12 and beyond).
Stand One Max 3rd gen supports iPhone StandBy mode even when an Apple Watch is charging as shown in the image below.Stand One Max 3rd gen supports iPhone StandBy mode even when an Apple Watch is charging. Just place your device horizontally on the puck to enjoy StandBy.
Note, Stand One Max 3rd gen does not include a 30W USB-C power adapter. Not including an adapter in Stand One Max's packaging saves on environmental waste, keeps packaging sizes smaller, and lowers our carbon footprint. Learn more about our environmental efforts here.
Troubleshooting
To reset the unit, unplug Stand One Max 3rd gen from the outlet, wait 3 seconds, then plug it back in.
Note, Stand One Max 3rd gen requires a 30W power source or greater to charge devices. Since Stand One Max is a USB-C powered device, it requires more power input than the standard Apple MagSafe Charger. Using a 30W adapter will ensure an optimal charging experience.

We prefer to help you solve technical issues over email as opposed to phone so we can request photos and videos and send you step-by-step troubleshooting instructions you can then look back on if needed.
Warranty
At Nomad, we offer a 2-year limited warranty on all our products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues but doesn’t cover:
Normal wear and tear
Misuse or abuse of the product
Modifications made to the product
If your Nomad product is found to be defective, we’ll exchange it for a brand-new replacement. However, we cannot guarantee that the exact style or product will be in stock at the time of your claim. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll provide a store credit instead. This store credit never expires and can be used toward any product on our website.
Nomad is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our products. Additionally, our warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of electronic devices or other personal property.
