The charger is built with 3 internal charging coils, one in the middle for horizontally charging one phone, and two on each side for vertically charging two devices together. When charging two devices together, align the phones so that there is about a 1-inch gap between them and the edge of each device hangs off the side of the pad a bit.&#xA0;</p><p>Magnetic alignment is designed to serve as an alignment feature and is therefore much weaker than standard MagSafe. With the capability to charge up to three devices simultaneously, Base Station Pro was a promising multi-device charging solution.&#xA0;</p><p>Shortly after its launch in early 2020, Apple introduced MagSafe magnets with the iPhone 12 series. Unfortunately, these magnets conflicted with the FreePower&#xAE; technology, causing charging issues. Despite initial efforts to resolve this through firmware updates, it became clear that the problem persisted and Aria moved away from Base Station Pro.&#xA0;</p><p>As a result, Base Station Pro is not compatible with iPhone 12 and newer models. There are no further firmware updates available, and we are in the process of phasing out this product.
